WHO I AM
I started my property journey at 18, purchasing land and building my 1st home, moving in at age 20. By 23 I had built a second home which was my first investment property, purchased 2 further properties and project managed a build for my brother for his first home. At 25 I purchased my first development project and property number 5 at Morphett Vale, I was able to subdivide 2 blocks of land which were sold and then renovated the original home and sold the property.
Wanting a quieter life for a moment I purchased a brand new build at Moana and was able to take advantage of a government grant available at the time, I then decided to study and become a mortgage broker, purchasing a Mortgage Choice franchise. Becoming a Mortgage Broker gave me an in-depth understanding of finance which helped me to further build my property investment portfolio, during my time as Mortgage Broker I was able to purchase four more properties, complete multiple subdivisions, build another property and project manage a subdivision and 3 build property development which resulted in a 25% return on investment for the client.
After selling my businesses and owner building our own home, our property portfolio now had enough positive cashflow to pay for our basic standard of living, this gave me the confidence to want to further my property knowledge. After completing my real estate certificate and an industry leading specific Buyer's Agent course I am now able to help others get to where they want to be confidently and faster.
