Investment: The engagement fee is invoiced and payable at this stage.

4. 🕵️ Property Search (Minimum 60 Days)

The Power of Our Network: We immediately tap into our sales agent network to find a mixture of on and off-market properties that meet your brief.

Inspection & Refinement: We inspect and compare properties, then invite you to private inspections.

Our Aim: We aim to be ready to make an offer by Property #3, refining your brief after the first presentation if necessary.

Strategy First: Once we have your ideal property, we commence fact-based negotiation to secure it for you at the best price and terms.

Auctions: We are fully prepared to represent you if the property goes to auction.

Secured & Settled

6. 📜 Contract to Unconditional

Zero Stress Coordination: We review the contract with your conveyancer and coordinate all inspections (e.g., building and pest).

Total Communication: We manage all communication with your finance provider and other professionals—you don't have to lift a finger!

Payment: The service fee portion of our payment is due once the contract is unconditional.

Smooth Handover: We ensure a smooth, worry-free settlement process.

Post-Settlement Help: Need minor updates or renovations? We can project manage this work for you (additional hourly fee).
